Hosted by Download Youth Ministry (DYM), this three-hour, video-driven training features TED-style talks from trusted voices in youth ministry—practical, inspiring, and straight to the point.
Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned volunteer, this event will equip your team with fresh ideas, encouragement, and tools they can use right away. Expect high-energy moments, meaningful discussion time, and those “they totally get us” laughs that remind you why you do what you do. Come solo or bring your whole crew—this is the kind of training that builds momentum and strengthens teams.
